ABOUT

When you're facing a giant mountain, remember the view is better from the top! Don't say saguar-oh no! Say, cact-YES!

Chelsey Davis Hamilton is an Impact Artist and has been quoted saying, "Although it's important to make a great first impression, it's most important to leave a lasting one."

Chelsey Hamilton is a TV Host, Bestselling Children's Book Author, Speaker, Leadership Facilitator, Communications Consultant, Impact Artist and Idea Factory. Be sure to check out her latest children's book, "Three Tales: A Magical Wish, No Fear, Serenity's Superpowers" on Amazon. It contains three books in one with stories about discovering the difference between wants and needs, facing fears, the importance of impacting others, leadership and independence. "Serenity's Superpowers" has a main character who is blind. She teaches us all to rely on our senses to achieve. Chelsey also has "Wyatt's Wheels" available on Amazon. It's about a little boy who has Spina Bifida and uses a wheelchair, and he teaches us all how to win! Chelsey has always had a heart for people with disabilities and special needs, and her books reflect that. She wrote "Wyatt's Wheels" and will have many other books published soon to celebrate how we are all differently able! The focus and themes of her books include Impact, Inspiration, Innovation and Inclusion for people with disabilities and food allergies. (You might have noticed that she also loves alliteration!)

Chelsey is proud to be an Arizona native and is passionate about creating enterprise stories and hosting/emceeing events for foundations and organizations that impact her amAZing hometown.

Before this chapter, Chelsey was the Smart Shopper Host, Morning Traffic Anchor and Entertainment Reporter at ABC15 and CW61Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona. She brought you the best deals in the Valley and helped you save both time and money. She was also a SCRIPPS Leadership Champion, facilitating employee sessions and other activities to keep morale high.

Chelsey follows what she calls her "GPS", God's Plan for Success, and she's grateful she was lead to work in Dallas-Fort Worth in 2015. There, she was a Morning Traffic Anchor for CBS 11, and feature host of the midday show. She also came up with creative series ranging from making dreams come true for children with terminal illnesses in Texas-Sized Surprise to featuring first responders weekly in Chelsey's Heroes, after the deadly ambush on July 7, 2016.

Chelsey's goal is to be sunshine for others, aiming to impact lives daily. That mission stems from her own unique story. When she was younger, Chelsey broke her neck, and just a couple years later, she survived a pulmonary embolism. Now, Chelsey embraces and lives each moment to the fullest because she knows what it was like to literally have her breath taken away.

Just months into recovery, Chelsey auditioned for and became an Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader and was on the team for five seasons, serving as captain for two. She was honored to be named the official 2014 Pro Bowl Cheerleader. During those five years, Chelsey toured the world visiting military bases, performing in variety shows, and providing a piece of home for our troops. One of Chelsey’s proudest accomplishments was creating the first ever 2015 Pro Bowl Jr. Cheer Special for the National Football League, where over 100 participants with special needs could interact with the professional cheerleaders, mascots, and receive prizes. She also worked for the Arizona Cardinals in the media department, helping with videos, hosting events and more. She is still a die-hard Big Red fan!

While cheering, Chelsey landed her first TV job at CBS 5 in Phoenix as a Traffic Reporter and Multimedia Journalist. It was there she created many successful series like, Chelsey Takes a Cruise in Your Shoes, capturing compelling features on different kinds of jobs and unique live shots. Passionate about impacting others, Chelsey also spearheaded several events for what was then the CBS 5 Surprise Squad, where the anchor team would surprise the community in various ways. Chelsey also worked for the Arizona Coyotes on camera for digital videos and in-game hosting.

Chelsey is a Jill-of-all-trades. When she's not at work, she enjoys pouring her heart into her community, exploring with her amazing husband, tackling DIY projects, hiking, dancing, artistic activities, creating content and cracking PUNderful jokes.

From the bottom of her heart, Chelsey would like to thank everyone and every experience that brought her to where she is today and for opportunities to spread random acts of kindness around the community she loves and adores. She hopes to inspire all dreamers that nothing is impossible, and to follow your GPS (God's Plan for Success).
